Embracing an 'H' plan form with asymmetrical wings, the design maximizes daylighting and external views. Sandstone-clad walls, metal braises, and a distinctive parasol element create a modern yet contextually harmonious envelope. Interior workspaces, zoned within blocks, connect through a central 'street,' fostering flexibility and informal encounters.
