The themes for the event revolved around the legacy of growing Indian cities and their collective action as a metropolis for business. Arunima and Shravan Bendapudi's panel discussion examined how innovative workplace strategies, flexibility, and local context create productive, sustainable, and adaptive environments.

Decision makers today embrace and include workplace strategies as a part of their organizational identity. Workplaces today address the changing needs of a fast-paced economy by embracing flexible design solutions.

While organizations seek to achieve the right balance between a conventional desk count and collaborative spaces, designers understand that an effective workplace strategy physically manifests an organization's work culture.
