Revolutionizing the concept of workplace
Spread over 70 acres of prime land overlooking Karnataka Golf Course, Embassy Golf Links Business Park is a low-rise, high-density IT Parking housing the corporate campuses of Fortune 500 companies.
This project is the first large scale, high density, mid-rise building complex to be dedicated for a single office type use, namely IT software and hardware development.
Design Direction
Of well defined movement spines
Vehicular circulation in the park is restricted to the periphery of the campuses. The meandering Central Avenue, with a large landscaped roundabout at its terminal focus forms the primary movement spine of the park.
Of intersecting paths
The Central Avenue is intersected by the “Cyber Trail” spanning across its width and serving as its social hub.
Expanding vistas
The site is surrounded by the Karnataka Golf Club on the North and the East and the defence land on South. The buildings are predominantly arranged along these boundaries to get a panoramic view of the green.
Part of the whole
With carefully structured and hierarchical movement paths, a sector and street-specific themed landscape and integrated street furniture – the park has redefined the concept of an IT Park.

The park is conceived as a futuristic and benchmark development and provides excellent infrastructure, stimulating work environment and an enriching spatial experience.
